Description:
The Cut Flower Sales Associate is responsible for servicing the product needs of a range of customers, with a primary focus on servicing retail florists. This includes maintaining a regular daily dialogue with a group of customers and assisting them with product selection for daily use and for special events. The primary form of customer interaction is over the phone with periodic customer visits. Some customers will also be serviced in person when they come to Calvert to purchase products. The Cut Flower Sales Associate is also responsible for order fulfillment. The position is full time.

Qualifications:
A successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of cut flowers. Prior sales experience is required, but it does not have to be in the floral industry. A successful candidate enjoys flowers and has a genuine interest in working with customers. This position requires significant motivation, self-management and a strong will to succeed.
