Calvert Wholesale assigns a sales representative to each of our customers upon joining the Calvert family of customers. That sales representative will work with you each time you call or come in to Calvert. It is our view that this one-on-one service provides you the most consistent experience each time you purchase from us. Also, through time, our understanding of your business and needs will grow, further allowing us to be a thoughtful and contributing partner to success in your business. Your sale representative has several ways to offer you pricing for our products: open market, weekly pre-book, seasonal pre-book and standing order. If you have any questions regarding these options, don't hesitate to contact your sales representative.

Open Market - If you are calling for same day, or next day delivery you are purchasing on the "Open Market" from us. The pricing for these products is set for all customers and all customers have the ability to access volume discounts to reach our best market price.

Weekly Pre-Book - Each week, Calvert publishes a list of items available for Monday morning delivery. These items are sold in case lots and are available at our best prices of the week. As the program currently exists, the list is published on Tuesday; orders must be placed by 2:00pm on Thursday and the product is delivered on Monday morning.

Seasonal Pre-Book - Several times a year, Calvert offers pre-books ahead of key floral holidays. These are designed to insure that you will have the product you need to service your customers during market conditions that usually create product shortages.

Standing Order - Calvert offers standing order pricing on a range of products. Pricing in these arrangements reflect the volume and longevity of the commitment from the customer. These arrangements usually allow for increased product to be ordered by the customer during holidays at the same negotiated rate.
