• Calvert has the most customer friendly open hours. We are open six days a week year-round and closed only five holidays each year: Christmas, Thankgiving, Labor Day, Memorial Day, and July 4.
• After-hours we offer our customers an order line which is open 24-hours a day for order placement.

Your sales representative has several ways to offer you pricing for our products: open market, weekly pre-book, seasonal pre-book and standing order. If you have any questions regarding these options, don't hesitate to contact your sales representative.

Open Market - If you are calling for same day, or next day delivery you are purchasing on the "Open Market" from us. The pricing for these products is set for all customers, and all customers have the ability to access volume discounts to reach our best market price.

Special Events - Large-scale events frequently represent a one-time surge in a retailers’ supply needs. Calvert is happy to work with you to secure all of the floral and hard goods materials you need in time for your event. Additionally, the 50,000 square foot Calvert facility affords shops the design and storage space they need for particularly large events.

Seasonal Pre-Book - Several times a year, Calvert offers pre-books ahead of key floral holidays. These are designed to ensure that you will have the product you need to service your customers during market conditions that usually create product shortages.

Seasonal or Annual Standing Order - Calvert offers standing order pricing on a range of products. Pricing in these arrangements reflect the volume and longevity of the commitment from the customer. These arrangements usually allow for increased product to be ordered by the customer during holidays at the same negotiated rate. If an annual standing order program is not attractive to you, Calvert’s seasonal standing order program is called Calvert Direct.
